Fruity Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Winey

Unwind into the evening with Evening Comfort — a smooth, gentle blend crafted for quiet moments and slow reflection.

Made from Specialty Arabica beans and washed for a clean, refined profile, this cup carries soft notes of fruit, dark chocolate, and hazelnut, finished with a subtle touch of winey warmth.

    Heat your water Bring fresh water to around 90–93°C, just off the boil.

    Prepare the drip bag Tear along the dotted line to open the sachet, unfold the paper arms and hook the drip bag securely over your mug.

    Bloom the coffee Pour around 30ml of water evenly over the grounds and wait 30 seconds. This allows the coffee to bloom and develop its full flavour.

    Pour slowly Continue pouring the remaining water in slow circular motions until you've reached approximately 180ml.

    Let it finish dripping Allow the coffee to drip through naturally before removing the filter. Patience rewards you with a cleaner, sweeter cup.

    Enjoy your moment Enjoy it black, with milk, or poured over ice—whichever suits your day best.

Brew using 100ml of hot water before pouring directly over a glass of ice. This preserves the coffee's vibrant aromas while creating a refreshing iced cup.
